Hi! My name is Jen and I’m the dietitian who started New Leaf Nutrition®. I’m also a wife, mom, casual weight lifter, and contain the ability to eat over half of a tube of cinnamon rolls by myself (it’s a sight to behold).

I am so proud to be part of changing the healthcare model to be client-centered. The New Leaf Nutrition® team has been thoughtfully selected because they are the most caring, compassionate people in the field. I can't wait for you to meet them, but in the meantime, scroll down to learn more about their personal lives and where their passions lie. I'm really glad you're here.

Max was born and raised in St. Louis, and is currently living in Kirkwood with his two dogs. He stays active with Krav Maga training, weight lifting, and hiking (when fickle MO weather permits).

Max's interest in nutrition started when he was young when his mother was diagnosed with breast cancer. She changed her approach to eating, and, through a diet filled with nourishing foods, was able to fuel her fight. To this day she remains cancer free!

Max enjoys helping clients create sustainable, healthy changes. His goal is to empower individuals to be the best version of themselves and to live their best lives.

Max is passionate about helping people with
  • Losing weight and keeping it off
  • Preparing for bariatric surgery and supporting continued weight loss after surgery
  • Improving athletic performance
  • Preventing and managing chronic familial diseases like heart disease, cancer, and diabetes
  • Managing GI disorders like celiac disease, Crohn's disease, and ulcerative colitis
  • Improving gut health and navigating food intolerances
  • Nutrition support through peri- and post-menopause
